Neighbour walking dog found body of male victim was interviewed and escorted off premises as to not disturb the scene. From observation and wife statement, it has been determined that the male victim was cleaning home's eaves trough when it appears he fell backwards off the ladder which remains resting against the front east side of home. Medical report indicates electrical burn wounds on right arm and lower back. It is inconclusive if electrical shock or impact from fall caused the fatal heart failure. Awaiting coroner’s report for confirmed cause of death.
